Job Location: Pune.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Bachelors in Statistics, Mathematics, BE/B.Tech(CS/IT/Mechanical) ONLY.
- Pass out Year: 2023/2024/2025.
- Percentage Criteria: No.
- Any Bond: No.
- Certificate(If Any): Data Analytics.
Approx. Package: Upto Rs.3,00,000/- Per Annum.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (Excel, ERP, CRM, databases).
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and business teams.
- Develop Power BI dashboards for performance tracking and insights.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Knowledge of Power BI (creating dashboards, visualizations, reports).
- Basic understanding of databases is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills to explain insights clearly.
- Attention to detail, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
