Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech(IT),MCA.
- Pass out Year: 2023/2024/2025.
- Percentage Criteria: No.
- Any Bond: 2.5 Years.
- Certificate(If Any): Software Testing(Manual & Automation).
Package Details:
- Stipend For 6 Months of Training Period: Rs. 10,000/- Per Month.
- Approx. Package After 6 Months of Training Period: Rs. 3,00,000/- Per Annum.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to understand application requirements and workflows.
- Perform manual testing of web and software applications to identify defects and ensure quality.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium to support regression testing.
- Track, report, and manage software bugs using bug tracking tools.
- Conduct stress testing to evaluate system performance under heavy load conditions.
- Participate in a 6-month training program as a Trainee System Engineer and transition to Jr. Testing Engineer upon completion.
- Contribute to documenting test cases, defects, and application updates.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and techniques.
- Ability to develop and execute automated tests using Selenium.
- Proficiency in using bug tracking tools to log and monitor defects.
- Experience in performing stress testing to assess system performance.
- Experience in regression testing to ensure application stability.
- Relevant certification in Manual and Automation Testing is mandatory.
- Willingness to work from office (WFO) and adhere to company policies.
