Role: QA Tester Intern.

Job Location: Pune.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Qualification:  BE/BTech(CS/IT),MCA/MCS.
  • Pass out Year: 2023/2024/2025/2026.
  • Percentage Criteria: NA.
  • Any Bond: No.

Package Details:

  • Stipend during 3 to 6 Months of Internship Period: Rs. 6,000/- Per Month.
  • Approx. Package after PPO: Between Rs. 2,00,000/-to 4,00,000/- Per Annum (Based on Internship Performance).

Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Understand project requirements, business workflows, and testing objectives
  2. Perform manual testing on web and software applications
  3. Design, prepare, and execute test cases and test scenarios
  4. Identify, log, document, and track software defects and issues
  5. Perform functional, regression, and basic performance testing
  6. Validate software functionality against requirements and specifications
  7. Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
  8. Participate in test planning and test review activities
  9. Maintain proper test documentation, reports, and defect records
  10. Ensure software quality standards and best practices are followed
  11. Support the QA team in improving testing processes
  12. Continuously learn new testing tools, techniques, and QA methodologies

Skills Required:

  1. Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
  2. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  3. Manual testing skills (functional, regression, and basic performance testing)
  4. Ability to write and execute test cases and test scenarios
  5. Bug identification, documentation, and tracking skills
  6. Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS – basic level)
  7. Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation (added advantage)
  8. Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (added advantage)
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  10. Attention to detail and accuracy
  11. Good verbal and written communication skills
  12. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  13. Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and testing techniques
