Job Location: Pune.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Qualification: BE/B.TECH(CS/IT),MCS,MCA.
  • Pass out Year: 2024/2025.
  • Percentage Criteria: NA.
  • Any Bond: No.
  • Certification(If Any): Software Testing.

Package Details:

  • Stipend during 6 Months of Internship period: Between Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- (Based on interview).
  • Approx. PPO after Internship period: Between Rs. 3,00,000/- to Rs. 4,50,000/- (Based on the internship performance).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Understand application requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria
  2. Design, write, and execute manual test cases
  3. Perform smoke, sanity, and regression testing
  4. Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence
  5. Re-test bug fixes and validate features after deployments
  6. Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, test data, test plans)
  7. Assist in writing and maintaining automation test scripts
  8. Execute automated test suites and analyze test results
  9. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers
  10. Follow Agile/Scrum QA processes
  11. Continuously learn QA tools, standards, and best practices

Skills Required:

  1. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
  2. Ability to design and execute manual test cases
  3. Knowledge of defect life cycle and bug reporting practices
  4. Basic knowledge of smoke, sanity, and regression testing
  5. Familiarity with automation testing concepts and frameworks
  6. Hands-on or theoretical knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or API testing tools
  7. Basic programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python
  8. Awareness of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  9. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
  10. Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills
  11. Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
  12. Good written and verbal communication skills
  13. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  14. Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and QA best practices
