Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: BE/B. Tech(CS/IT),BCA ,BCS,MCS,MCA.
- Pass out Year: 2023/2024/2025.
- Percentage Criteria: No.
- Any Bond: 2 Years.
- Certificate(If any): Software Testing.
Package Details:
- Approx. Package For First 1 Year(Including training period for 3 to 6 Months): Between Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- Per Month(Based on performance).
- Approx. Package After Completing 1 Year: Upto Rs. 2,40,000/- Per Annum(Based on performance).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and help create comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure software quality.
- Execute test cases and document any defects clearly and accurately.
- Report bugs and track them until they are resolved.
- Work closely with the development team to reproduce and verify fixes.
- Participate in different types of testing, including regression, functional, usability, and smoke testing.
- Assist in preparing test documentation such as test plans and test reports.
- Follow and maintain testing standards and best practices under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
Skills Required:
- Should have a basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and general software testing concepts.
- Should be familiar with different types of testing, including functional, regression, and smoke testing.
- Knowledge of bug-tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should have a keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Should demonstrate good communication and teamwork abilities.
