Role: QA Tester.

Job Location: Pune.

Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Qualification: BE/B. Tech(CS/IT),BCA ,BCS,MCS,MCA.
  • Pass out Year: 2023/2024/2025.
  • Percentage Criteria: No.
  • Any Bond: 2 Years.
  • Certificate(If any): Software Testing.

Package Details:

  • Approx. Package For First 1 Year(Including training period for 3 to 6 Months): Between Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- Per Month(Based on performance).
  • Approx. Package After Completing 1 Year: Upto Rs. 2,40,000/- Per Annum(Based on performance).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Understand project requirements and help create comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
  2. Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure software quality.
  3. Execute test cases and document any defects clearly and accurately.
  4. Report bugs and track them until they are resolved.
  5. Work closely with the development team to reproduce and verify fixes.
  6. Participate in different types of testing, including regression, functional, usability, and smoke testing.
  7. Assist in preparing test documentation such as test plans and test reports.
  8. Follow and maintain testing standards and best practices under the guidance of senior QA engineers.

Skills Required:

  1. Should have a basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and general software testing concepts.
  2. Should be familiar with different types of testing, including functional, regression, and smoke testing.
  3. Knowledge of bug-tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello is preferred but not mandatory.
  4. Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Should have a keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  6. Should demonstrate good communication and teamwork abilities.
