Roles & Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot technical issues in SaaS applications
- Collaborate with product engineering to fix problems
- Provide guidance on platform features and best practices
- Document incidents, solutions, and workarounds
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues
- Support software updates and deployments
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support
