Package Details:

  • Approx. Package: Rs. 2,00,000/- Per Annum + Incentives (Based on Performance).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Understand project requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data
  2. Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
  3. Develop and execute automation scripts using Selenium
  4. Identify, report, and track bugs and defects
  5. Work closely with developers to resolve issues
  6. Participate in test planning and execution cycles
  7. Perform regression, functional, and UI testing
  8. Maintain test documentation and reports
  9. Continuously improve test coverage and automation efficiency
  10. Analyze requirements to ensure complete test coverage
  11. Execute test cases and record results accurately
  12. Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing
  13. Re-test fixed defects and verify resolutions
  14. Create and maintain automation test suites
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality

Skills Required:

  1. Basic knowledge of Software Testing concepts (STLC, SDLC)
  2. Hands-on or academic experience with Selenium WebDriver
  3. Knowledge of any programming language (Java preferred)
  4. Understanding of manual testing techniques
  5. Ability to write clear and effective test cases
  6. Experience with bug reporting and tracking tools
  7. Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  8. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  9. Strong communication skills
  10. Knowledge of TestNG or JUnit frameworks (good to have)
  11. Exposure to API testing using Postman or REST APIs (good to have)
  12. Basic knowledge of Git/version control systems (good to have)
  13. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins (good to have)
  14. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology (good to have)
  15. Exposure to performance or security testing at a basic level (good to have)
