Role 1: Full Stack Developer.   

Role 2: Data Analyst (Big Data Consultant).

Job Location: Mumbai.

Eligibility Criteria:  

• Qualification: BE/B. Tech(CS/IT/AI/DS).
• Pass out Year: 2025/2026 (Done with Examination).
• Percentage Criteria: Minimum 60% marks in Mathematics in both 10th and 12th Standard.
• Any Bond: 2 Years.

Package Details: 

• Stipend during 3 months of training period: Rs. 10,000/- Per Month.
• Approx. Package after 3 months of training period: Rs. 4,18,000/- Per Annum.

Roles and Responsibilities Full Stack Developer. :

1. Design and develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
2. Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly frontend applications using ReactJS.
3. Develop and maintain enterprise-grade systems with complex workflows and internal tools.
4. Implement secure authentication and role-based authorization mechanisms using JWT/OAuth.
5. Design efficient, normalized, and scalable database schemas using PostgreSQL or relational databases.
6. Ensure data integrity, application security, and high system performance.
7. Develop reusable components, shared libraries, and modular code structures.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and product management.
9. Participate in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making processes.
10. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend, frontend, and database performance.
11. Maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.
12. Manage source code and version control using Git.

Skills Required Full Stack Developer. :

1. Strong backend development experience in Python, Java, or Node.js.
2. Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and backend services.
3. Experience with ReactJS for frontend development.
4. Strong understanding of database design, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
5. Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
6. Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
7. Experience in developing enterprise-grade applications and workflow-based systems.
8. Ability to write clean, modular, scalable, and maintainable code.
9. Knowledge of Git and version control practices.
10. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
11. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
12. Understanding of application security, scalability, and system reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities for Data Analyst (Big Data Consultant):

1. Understand business user requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
2. Extract, access, and manage data from databases, data warehouses, and flat files.
3. Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and transformation.
4. Develop, test, and deploy interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI.
5. Perform data analysis and generate meaningful insights to support business decisions.
6. Build analytical models and algorithms using Python or R for advanced analytics.
7. Work on data cleaning, processing, and preparation for reporting and analysis.
8. Implement data governance practices including Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure data security.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
10. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in dashboards and reports.
11. Support continuous improvement of analytics solutions and reporting systems.

Skills Required Data Analyst (Big Data Consultant):

1. Strong mathematical and logical reasoning skills
2. Good understanding of data analytics and data science concepts
3. Proficiency in SQL for writing queries and data extraction
4. Hands-on experience or knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for dashboard creation
5. Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and data science tasks
6. Understanding of data visualization techniques and best practices
7. Basic knowledge of data warehousing and database concepts
8. Ability to clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis (ETL concepts)
9. Understanding of data governance principles including data security and RLS
10. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
11. Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into analytical solutions
12. Strong communication skills for interacting with business users and stakeholders
13. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency of data and reports
