Package Details:

  • Approx. Package : Upto Rs 2,40,000/-Per Annum. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
  2. Collaborate with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to build functional and user-friendly applications.
  3. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while following established coding standards and best practices.
  4. Participate actively in code reviews to improve code quality and ensure consistency across the codebase.
  5. Contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile development ceremonies.
  6. Debug issues, perform testing, and help optimize applications for better performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
  7. Work on implementing new features under guidance and gradually take ownership of small modules.
  8. Learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency and product capabilities.
  9. Maintain version control using Git and follow proper branching and collaboration workflows.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth development and timely delivery of tasks.

Skills Required:

  1. Basic proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including core concepts like functions, arrays, objects, and asynchronous programming.
  2. Strong understanding of HTML5 for structuring web pages.
  3. Good knowledge of CSS3, including responsive design and layout techniques (Flexbox/Grid).
  4. Familiarity with React.js (components, state, props, hooks) is an added advantage.
  5. Basic understanding of Node.js and backend concepts is a plus.
  6. Exposure to Next.js framework will be beneficial.
  7. Knowledge of Git & GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  8. Understanding of REST APIs and how frontend applications interact with backend services.
  9. Basic debugging and problem-solving skills using browser developer tools.
  10. Awareness of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  11. Good understanding of software development fundamentals and coding best practices.
  12. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  13. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-changing project requirements.
