Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Qualification: BE/B. Tech(CS/IT),BCA ,BCS,MCS,MCA.
  • Pass out Year: 2024/2025/2026.
  • Percentage Criteria: No.
  • Any Bond: 2 Years.
  • Certificate(If any): Software Testing.

Package Details:

  • Approx. Package For First 1 Year(Including training period for 3 to 6 Months): Between Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- Per Month(Based on performance).
  • Approx. Package After Completing 1 Year: Upto Rs. 2,40,000/- Per Annum(Based on performance).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Understand project requirements and assist in creating test cases and test scenarios.
  2. Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
  3. Execute test cases as per defined test plans.
  4. Log defects with clear and detailed documentation.
  5. Report bugs and track them through resolution.
  6. Collaborate with the development team to reproduce issues.
  7. Verify fixes provided by developers and ensure issue closure.
  8. Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted.
  9. Perform functional testing of application features.
  10. Conduct usability and smoke testing as required.
  11. Assist in preparing test documentation such as test plans and test reports.
  12. Maintain testing standards and best practices under the guidance of senior QA engineers.

Skill Required:

  1. Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC concepts.
  2. Knowledge of software testing fundamentals.
  3. Understanding of different types of testing such as functional, regression, and smoke testing.
  4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong attention to detail.
  6. Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  9. Basic understanding of bug reporting and defect lifecycle.
  10. Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello is preferred but not mandatory.
