Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech(CS/IT/Entc),BCA,BCS,MCS,MCA.
- Pass out Year: 2023/2024/2025.
- Percentage Criteria: NA.
- Any Bond: 3 Year.
- Certificate(If Any): Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
Package Details:
- Stipend During Training Period For 3 Months: Rs.15,000/- Per Month.
- Approx. Package After Training Period: Between Rs. 3,50,000/- to Rs. 4,80,000/- Per Annum (CTC) with an in-hand monthly salary ranging from Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- (Based on performance and evaluation during the training period).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for IT infrastructure-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain servers, desktops, and network devices.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Support Windows, Cloud, Endpoint Management, and Security-related activities.
- Respond to user requests and incidents within defined SLA timelines.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Follow company processes, IT policies, and security guidelines.
- Assist in system monitoring and daily IT operational activities.
- Learn and work on new technologies through assigned training and certifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Support continuous improvement of IT infrastructure processes.
Skills Required:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
- Basic understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, VPN, Firewall).
- Basic knowledge of Cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure).
- Understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory concepts.
- Knowledge of Endpoint Management tools like Microsoft Intune is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Security, Defender, and SIEM concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and build a career in IT Infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Flexibility to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
