Job Location: Pune.

Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Qualification: BE/B.Tech(CS/IT/Entc),BCA,BCS,MCS,MCA.
  • Pass out Year: 2023/2024/2025.
  • Percentage Criteria: NA.
  • Any Bond: 3 Year.
  • Certificate(If Any): Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

Package Details:

  • Stipend During Training Period For 3 Months: Rs.15,000/- Per Month.
  • Approx. Package After Training Period: Between Rs. 3,50,000/- to Rs. 4,80,000/- Per Annum (CTC) with an in-hand monthly salary ranging from Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- (Based on performance and evaluation during the training period).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support for IT infrastructure-related issues.
  2. Monitor and maintain servers, desktops, and network devices.
  3. Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems.
  4. Support Windows, Cloud, Endpoint Management, and Security-related activities.
  5. Respond to user requests and incidents within defined SLA timelines.
  6. Perform basic troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  7. Maintain proper documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
  8. Follow company processes, IT policies, and security guidelines.
  9. Assist in system monitoring and daily IT operational activities.
  10. Learn and work on new technologies through assigned training and certifications.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  12. Support continuous improvement of IT infrastructure processes.

Skills Required:

  1. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
  3. Basic understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, VPN, Firewall).
  4. Basic knowledge of Cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure).
  5. Understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory concepts.
  6. Knowledge of Endpoint Management tools like Microsoft Intune is an advantage.
  7. Basic understanding of Microsoft Security, Defender, and SIEM concepts.
  8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  9. Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  10. Willingness to learn new technologies and build a career in IT Infrastructure.
  11. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  12. Flexibility to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
  13. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
