Package Details:

Role 1: AI Engineer:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop intelligent AI/ML solutions using Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and contextual response generation.
- Build, train, fine-tune, and evaluate Machine Learning models using Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for structured and unstructured datasets.
- Develop modular AI microservices using FastAPI/Flask and integrate them with vector databases and embedding pipelines.
- Build and orchestrate AI agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) for autonomous task execution.
- Integrate and evaluate LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Groq, and Anthropic for reasoning, content generation, and workflow automation.
- Develop and maintain ML/data pipelines for training, evaluation, and inference using tools such as Airflow, ZenML, and Dagster.
- Develop REST and WebSocket APIs for communication between AI models, agents, and external applications.
- Apply prompt engineering, reranking strategies, and evaluation techniques to improve AI system accuracy and contextual reasoning.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI services using scalable architecture and production deployment practices.
- Implement containerized AI solutions using Docker and follow best practices for maintainable and reproducible AI development.
- Use Git, MLflow, and DVC for code management, experiment tracking, model versioning, and collaboration.
- Work closely with AI engineers, backend developers, and data teams to build and deploy production-grade AI systems.
- Contribute to reusable AI infrastructure components ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Research and prototype advanced AI architectures including Agentic AI, multimodal RAG, structured reasoning, and fine-tuning approaches.
- Analyze system performance, debug issues, and optimize AI solutions for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Skills Required:
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architecture including document chunking, embedding generation, retrieval, reranking, and synthesis.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and LLM-based application development.
- Knowledge of AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience developing APIs and AI microservices using FastAPI or Flask.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, and Elasticsearch.
- Working knowledge of ML/DL frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Understanding of model serving approaches including REST APIs, batch processing, and inference pipelines.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, prompt evaluation, retrieval accuracy metrics, and contextual reasoning benchmarks.
- Experience with ML lifecycle tools such as Git, MLflow, and DVC.
- Familiarity with Docker, scalable architecture patterns, and cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, and GCP Vertex AI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize AI systems.
- Ability to research, experiment, and implement emerging AI technologies.

Role 2: Software Developer (Java/.Net):
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and support custom-built applications as part of the software development team.
- Understand business and technical requirements to design and implement application features and enhancements.
- Write, modify, and maintain application code using programming languages and development tools.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts while developing software solutions.
- Develop user interface components using technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Work with databases and write basic SQL queries for application development and data handling.
- Participate in application analysis, debugging, testing, and issue resolution activities.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including code documentation and application-related documents.
- Assist in developing reports and support technical and analytical activities related to applications.
- Learn and adopt new technologies, programming frameworks, and development practices.
