• Pass out Year: 2025/2026.
• Percentage Criteria: 85% and above in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
• Any Bond: 2 Years.

Package Details:

• Approx. Package For AI Engineer: Rs. 4,00,000/- to Rs. 6,00,000/- Per Annum (Based on interview performance).
• Approx. Package For Software Developer: Rs. 4,00,000/- to Rs. 4,50,000/- Per Annum (Based on interview performance).

Role 1: AI Engineer:
Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop intelligent AI/ML solutions using Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
2. Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and contextual response generation.
3. Build, train, fine-tune, and evaluate Machine Learning models using Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for structured and unstructured datasets.
4. Develop modular AI microservices using FastAPI/Flask and integrate them with vector databases and embedding pipelines.
5. Build and orchestrate AI agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) for autonomous task execution.
6. Integrate and evaluate LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Groq, and Anthropic for reasoning, content generation, and workflow automation.
7. Develop and maintain ML/data pipelines for training, evaluation, and inference using tools such as Airflow, ZenML, and Dagster.
8. Develop REST and WebSocket APIs for communication between AI models, agents, and external applications.
9. Apply prompt engineering, reranking strategies, and evaluation techniques to improve AI system accuracy and contextual reasoning.
10. Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI services using scalable architecture and production deployment practices.
11. Implement containerized AI solutions using Docker and follow best practices for maintainable and reproducible AI development.
12. Use Git, MLflow, and DVC for code management, experiment tracking, model versioning, and collaboration.
13. Work closely with AI engineers, backend developers, and data teams to build and deploy production-grade AI systems.
14. Contribute to reusable AI infrastructure components ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
15. Research and prototype advanced AI architectures including Agentic AI, multimodal RAG, structured reasoning, and fine-tuning approaches.
16. Analyze system performance, debug issues, and optimize AI solutions for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Skills Required:

1. Strong programming skills in Python with experience in Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
2. Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
3. Hands-on experience with RAG architecture including document chunking, embedding generation, retrieval, reranking, and synthesis.
4. Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and LLM-based application development.
5. Knowledge of AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
6. Experience developing APIs and AI microservices using FastAPI or Flask.
7. Familiarity with vector databases such as FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, and Elasticsearch.
8. Working knowledge of ML/DL frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
9. Understanding of model serving approaches including REST APIs, batch processing, and inference pipelines.
10. Knowledge of prompt engineering, prompt evaluation, retrieval accuracy metrics, and contextual reasoning benchmarks.
11. Experience with ML lifecycle tools such as Git, MLflow, and DVC.
12. Familiarity with Docker, scalable architecture patterns, and cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, and GCP Vertex AI.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize AI systems.
14. Ability to research, experiment, and implement emerging AI technologies.
15. Strong communication and documentation skills for effective collaboration.
16. Curiosity and willingness to explore Agentic AI, autonomous reasoning systems, and next-generation AI architectures.

Role 2: Software Developer (Java/.Net):
Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop, enhance, and support custom-built applications as part of the software development team.
2. Understand business and technical requirements to design and implement application features and enhancements.
3. Write, modify, and maintain application code using programming languages and development tools.
4. Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts while developing software solutions.
5. Develop user interface components using technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
6. Work with databases and write basic SQL queries for application development and data handling.
7. Participate in application analysis, debugging, testing, and issue resolution activities.
8. Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing activities.
9. Create and maintain technical documentation including code documentation and application-related documents.
10. Assist in developing reports and support technical and analytical activities related to applications.
11. Learn and adopt new technologies, programming frameworks, and development practices.
12. Collaborate with team members to deliver quality software solutions within project timelines.
13. Follow coding standards, development processes, and best practices.
14. Support continuous improvement of applications through enhancements and optimizations.

Skills Required:

1. Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
