Job Location: Pune.

Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech(CS/IT/AI-ML)/MCS/MCA.
  • Pass out Year: 2025/2026.
  • Percentage Criteria: NA.
  • Any Bond: 3 Year.
  • Certificate(If Any): AI/ML Certification.

Package Details:

  • Stipend During Training Period For 3 Months: Rs.15,000/- Per Month.
  • Approx. Package After Training Period: Between Rs. 3,50,000/- to Rs. 4,80,000/- Per Annum (CTC) with an in-hand monthly salary ranging from Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- (Based on performance and evaluation during the training period).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Support the implementation and deployment of AI solutions under senior guidance.
  2. Prepare, clean, and manage data for AI and machine learning projects.
  3. Test, configure, and validate AI tools and applications to ensure quality and performance.
  4. Document project requirements, testing outcomes, and technical deliverables.
  5. Assist in client demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) projects, and solution presentations.
  6. Ensure adherence to Responsible AI practices and data privacy standards.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions.
  8. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and contribute to AI knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Skills Required:

  1. Basic proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and AI development tasks.
  2. Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  3. Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI concepts such as embeddings.
  4. Familiarity with AI platforms and tools, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI, OpenAI API, and AI Builder.
  5. Ability to prepare, analyze, and validate data for AI/ML projects.
  6. Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
  7. Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to new technologies, and continuously learn emerging AI trends.
