• Certificate(If Any): Software Testing(Manual & Automation).

Package Details:

• Approx. Package : Upto Rs. 3,60,000/- Per Annum (Based on Interview Performance).

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Design, create, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
2. Perform Manual Testing including Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and Integration Testing.
3. Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Java.
4. Build and execute automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright.
5. Implement and maintain BDD automation using Cucumber.
6. Perform API Testing to validate application functionality and integrations.
7. Execute SQL queries to validate backend data and ensure data integrity.
8. Identify, document, track, and verify software defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
9. Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to understand business requirements.
10. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
11. Ensure application quality, reliability, and performance through comprehensive testing.
12. Maintain and enhance automation frameworks for improved test coverage.
13. Validate backend database operations and application integrations.
14. Prepare and maintain test documentation and testing artifacts.
15. Analyze test results and report defects with clear documentation.
16. Perform defect retesting and regression validation after bug fixes.
17. Continuously improve testing processes and automation coverage.
18. Support software releases by ensuring quality standards are met.
19. Work independently while meeting project timelines and quality objectives.
20. Contribute to delivering high-quality software in an Agile development environment.

Skills Required :

1. Strong knowledge of Manual Testing including Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and Integration Testing.
2. Experience in Automation Testing with the ability to design and execute automated test scripts.
3. Hands-on experience in Java programming for Automation Testing.
4. Experience in building and maintaining Selenium automation frameworks.
5. Knowledge of Playwright for web application automation.
6. Experience with Cucumber and BDD framework implementation.
7. Ability to perform API Testing and validate request and response data.
8. Strong understanding of SQL queries for backend validation and data integrity checks.
9. Good knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and testing methodologies.
10. Experience in identifying, documenting, tracking, and verifying software defects.
11. Ability to create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
12. Knowledge of developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
13. Experience in Database Testing and backend data validation.
14. Understanding of Agile methodology and participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
15. Ability to debug issues and perform effective troubleshooting.
16. Strong focus on software quality, reliability, and application performance.
17. Ability to analyze requirements and create effective test strategies.
18. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
19. Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
20. Ability to maintain test reports, defect logs, and testing documentation.
