We are expert in Mobile apps development , providing customized solutions for iphone , Blackberry , android based mobile and java based mobile. Other services include web development and tool chains. Two Corporate offices located in New Delhi and Pune.

Experience: Fresher to 6 Months.

Designation: Business Analyst.

Job Location: Pune.

Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Qualification: BE/B. Tech(CS/IT),BCS,BCA,MCS,MCA.
  • Pass out Year: 2024/2025/2026.
  • Percentage Criteria: Above 60% in overall academics.
  • Any Bond: No.
  • Certificate(If Any): Business Analysis.  

Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 3,00,000/- Per Annum (Based on interview).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support business objectives and project goals.
  2. Create and maintain key project documents, including BRD, FRD, RFP, and wireframes.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.
  4. Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Prepare functional and technical documentation and support solution design activities.
  6. Participate in SDLC activities, including requirement validation, testing, and implementation support.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and issue resolution.
  8. Support process improvement initiatives through analytical thinking and problem-solving.

Skills Required:

  1. Strong Business Analysis skills including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  2. Ability to prepare BRD, FRD, and RFP documents based on business requirements.
  3. Experience in designing wireframes to support business and system understanding.
  4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.
  5. Ability to perform business process and system analysis to identify gaps and improvements.
  6. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology for project execution.
  7. Experience in testing and validation to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
  8. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex business scenarios.
  9. Ability to create clear functional and technical documentation.
  10. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  11. Basic understanding of database concepts and data handling.
  12. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
  13. Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  14. Leadership and coordination skills to support team and project activities.
