Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: BE/B. Tech(CS/IT),BCS,BCA,MCS,MCA.
- Pass out Year: 2024/2025/2026.
- Percentage Criteria: Above 60% in overall academics.
- Any Bond: No.
- Certificate(If Any): Business Analysis.
Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 3,00,000/- Per Annum (Based on interview).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support business objectives and project goals.
- Create and maintain key project documents, including BRD, FRD, RFP, and wireframes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation and support solution design activities.
- Participate in SDLC activities, including requirement validation, testing, and implementation support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and issue resolution.
- Support process improvement initiatives through analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Skills Required:
- Strong Business Analysis skills including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Ability to prepare BRD, FRD, and RFP documents based on business requirements.
- Experience in designing wireframes to support business and system understanding.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.
- Ability to perform business process and system analysis to identify gaps and improvements.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology for project execution.
- Experience in testing and validation to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex business scenarios.
- Ability to create clear functional and technical documentation.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and data handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Leadership and coordination skills to support team and project activities.
