  • Certificate(If Any): Software Testing(Manual & Automation).

Package Details: Rs. 3,50,000/- Per Annum (Including 3 Months of Probation).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Reviewed system requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to ensure product quality.
  2. Designed test cases based on business and system requirements.
  3. Executed test plans and test cases to validate application functionality.
  4. Prepared and shared test execution reports with relevant teams.
  5. Analyzed test results and recommended improvements based on findings.
  6. Collected and reported software testing metrics to development teams and management.
  7. Collaborated with cross-functional QA engineers and developers to ensure product quality.
  8. Documented testing phases, test results, defects, bugs, and issues.
  9. Identified, logged, tracked, and reported software defects.
  10. Assisted in troubleshooting issues discovered during testing.
  11. Participated in defect verification and retesting after bug fixes.
  12. Tested existing application features to ensure quality standards were maintained.
  13. Suggested improvements to enhance system functionality and performance.

Skills Required:

  1. Understanding of software testing concepts including SDLC and STLC processes.

  4. Ability to prepare and execute test plans and document test results.
  5. Experience in identifying, reporting, and tracking defects, bugs, errors, and issues.
  6. Ability to perform functional testing and regression testing to ensure product quality.
  7. Knowledge of reviewing system requirements, technical design documents, and specifications.
  8. Ability to analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements.
  9. Understanding of software quality assurance processes, standards, and methodologies.
  10. Ability to create testing reports and provide quality metrics to development teams and managers.
  11. Knowledge of defect management and bug tracking processes.
  12. Ability to perform retesting after issue resolution and verify fixes.
  13. Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for software testing activities.
  14. Basic understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, and computer organization.
  15. Ability to troubleshoot testing issues and support development teams during testing phases.
  16. Ability to collaborate with QA engineers, developers, technical managers, and cross-functional teams.
