Role: Software Trainee Engineer.

Job Location: Pune.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Qualification: BE/B. Tech(CS/IT/AI-ML/DS/EnTC/Electrical/Mechanical).
  • Pass out Year: 2025/2026 (Done with examination).
  • Percentage Criteria: CGPA of 8.0 or above.
  • Any Bond: NA.

Package Details:

  • Approx. Stipend  During 1 Year of Internship Period: Rs.15,000 /- Per Month.
  • Approx. PPO After 1 Year of Internship Period: Between Rs.3,00,000/- to  Rs.3,50,000/-  Per Annum. (Based on Internship performance).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  2. Analyze business requirements, decompose complex problems, and implement effective software solutions.
  3. Apply strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and system design fundamentals while solving technical challenges.
  4. Collaborate with development teams to build scalable, high-quality software using modern development practices.
  5. Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality by following coding standards and best practices.
  6. Utilize AI-assisted development tools responsibly to enhance productivity and accelerate software development.
  7. Work with programming languages, databases, APIs, version control systems (Git), and relevant development frameworks as required.
  8. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, ownership of assigned tasks, and a strong willingness to learn new technologies.

Skills Required:

  1. Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  2. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
  3. Good knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, logical reasoning, and problem-solving techniques.
  4. Basic understanding of software application development, web development concepts, and modern development practices.
  5. Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data handling concepts.
  6. Understanding of version control systems (such as Git) and software development best practices.
  7. Knowledge of application design principles, APIs, and development frameworks is an added advantage.
  8. Exposure to cloud platforms and modern development environments is desirable.
  9. Ability to analyze, decompose, and solve complex technical problems with a logical approach.
  10. Willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to evolving requirements, and use modern development tools effectively.
  11. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude toward learning and building software solutions.
