Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Qualification: BE/BTECH(CS/IT),BCA,MCA,BCS,MCS.
  • Pass out Year: 2024/2025.
  • Percentage Criteria: NA.
  • Any Bond: No.
  • Certificate(If Any): Software Testing(Manual).

Package Details:

Approx. Package: Between Rs. 2,50,000/- to Rs. 3,00,000/- Per Annum (Based on Performance).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Understand and follow SDLC and STLC processes to align testing activities with project goals.
  2. Create and execute manual test cases based on functional requirements and user stories.
  3. Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools while following the defect life cycle.
  4. Work closely with developers and QA team to clarify issues and support quick resolutions.
  5. Perform regression testing to ensure recent changes haven’t affected existing functionalities.
  6. Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect logs.
  7. Stay updated with testing best practices and continuously improve testing efficiency and knowledge.

Skills:

  1. Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
  2. Basic knowledge of manual testing concepts (test cases, test plans, defect life cycle)
  3. Analytical and problem-solving abilities
