Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Qualification: BE/B.TECH(CS/IT),BCA,BCS,MCA,MCS.
  • Pass out Year: 2023/2024/2025.
  • Percentage Criteria: NA.
  • Any Bond: No.

Package Details:

Approx. Package: Between Rs. 4,00,000/- to Rs. 5,00,000/- Per Annum(Based on Performance).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee contact centre IT security, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  2. Implement and maintain data security protocols to safeguard customer and organizational data.
  3. Manage endpoint and network security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls.
  4. Ensure physical security of IT infrastructure and related assets at contact centre locations.
  5. Drive information security governance and enforce compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.
  6. Monitor Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems to prevent unauthorized data transfers or breaches.
  7. Maintain and audit IT asset management processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  8. Coordinate with Admin, Security, IT, and Compliance teams for smooth operations and policy implementation.
  9. Collaborate with internal business teams and external partners/vendors to ensure compliance efficiency.
  10. Lead compliance initiatives, report on gaps, and ensure timely remediation and policy updates.
  11. Ensure on-ground presence at designated contact centre locations for real-time IT and compliance oversight.
  12. Support audits, risk assessments, and internal control testing related to contact centre IT infrastructure.
