Package Details:
Approx. Package: Between Rs. 4,00,000/- to Rs. 5,00,000/- Per Annum(Based on Performance).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee contact centre IT security, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Implement and maintain data security protocols to safeguard customer and organizational data.
- Manage endpoint and network security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls.
- Ensure physical security of IT infrastructure and related assets at contact centre locations.
- Drive information security governance and enforce compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.
- Monitor Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems to prevent unauthorized data transfers or breaches.
- Maintain and audit IT asset management processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate with Admin, Security, IT, and Compliance teams for smooth operations and policy implementation.
- Collaborate with internal business teams and external partners/vendors to ensure compliance efficiency.
- Lead compliance initiatives, report on gaps, and ensure timely remediation and policy updates.
- Ensure on-ground presence at designated contact centre locations for real-time IT and compliance oversight.
- Support audits, risk assessments, and internal control testing related to contact centre IT infrastructure.
