Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Qualification:  BE/BTech(CS/IT),MCA,MCS.
  • Pass out Year: 2022/2023/2024/2025.
  • Percentage Criteria: NA.
  • Any Bond: 2 or 3 Years.
  • Certificate(If Any): NA.

Package Details:

  • Stipend During 3 to 6 Months of Training Period: Rs.10,000/- Per Month + Rs.5,000/- Variable (Based on your Performance).
  • For a 2-Year Commitment: Rs.2,64,000/- Per Annum for the First Year and Rs.3,48,000/- Per Annum For the Second Year.
  • For a 3-Year Commitment: Rs.2,40,000/- Per Annum to Rs.5,40,000/- Per Annum with Increments Every 6 Months.

Nimap Infotech guarantee a 9 Lakh Per Annum package after 3 years of completion in Nimap. So if you are 21 years old right now, at 24 years you will be earning  Rupees 75k salary per month with Nimap while your MNC peers may be earning only RUPEES 35k – 40k  Per Month.

Roles & Responsibilities For Quality Analyst:

  1. Evaluates and tests new software applications according to business and functional requirements.
  2. Applies test methodology, engineering and product knowledge in the design of tests and testing strategies for the analysis and certification of products.
  3. Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements.
  4. Prepares reports to communicate involvement and results of quality assurance activities.

Skills Required for Quality Analyst:

  1. Working knowledge of the Software Development Life cycle and QA’s role in it.
  2. Awareness/understanding of Technical Specifications and User Experience on mobiles; well versed with different testing techniques and methodologies.
  3. Experience on testing applications and sites on mobiles with Android (all versions) and iPhone and web or Desktop testing.

Roles & Responsibilities For AI/ML Developer:

  1. Assist in developing and maintaining AI Agent architectures using LangChain and LangGraph.
  2. Implement FastAPI-based backend services for LLM and agent interactions.
  3. Work with vector databases (like Chroma, Pinecone, or FAISS) for document retrieval and memory management.
  4. Design and fine-tune prompt templates for multi-agent workflows and reasoning tasks.
  5. Integrate external tools and APIs into agentic pipelines (Google APIs, Email, Calendars, etc.).
  6. Help build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for domain-specific intelligence.
  7. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code using Python and modern MLOps practices.
  8. Collaborate with senior developers on testing, optimization, and performance monitoring of AI systems.

Skills Required For AI/ML Developer:

  1. Strong foundation in Python programming.
  2. Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts (transformers, embeddings, LLMs).
  3. Familiarity with FastAPI or any Python web framework.
  4. Working knowledge or interest in LangChain, LangGraph, or LLM-based agent systems.
  5. Understanding of prompt engineering techniques.
  6. Experience with Git, API integrations, and Python virtual environments.
  7. Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
