Role 1: AI Engineer
Role 2: Product Onboarding & Implementation Executive
Role 3: Site Reliability Engineer
Job Location: Pune.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/AI/ML/DS)
  • Pass out Year: 2023/2024/2025 Only
  • Percentage Criteria: NA
  • Any Bond: No.
  • Certificate (If Any): No.
  • Stipend During 6 Months of Internship Period: Rs. 18,000/- Per Month.
  • Approx. Package After Internship: Upto Rs.4,00,000/- Per Annum(Based on Performance). 

ROLE – 1: AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of AI projects
  • Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and structure data for AI applications.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to improve AI models.
  • Support the deployment of AI solutions into production environments.
  • Document AI models, workflows, and research findings for internal reference.
  • Participate in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science,
or a related field.
● Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python; familiarity with libraries like NumPy,
Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is a plus.
● Mathematical Foundation: Basic understanding of linear algebra, probability, and
statistics.
● Data Handling: Ability to process and analyze datasets for AI training and evaluation.
● Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Collaboration: Willingness to learn from senior engineers and contribute to team projects.
● Curiosity & Innovation: Passion for AI research and staying updated with the latest AI
advancements.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
● Familiarity with AI models like ChatGPT, Llama, Huggingface,
● Experience with Git and version control.
● Basic knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
● Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.

ROLE – 2: Product Onboarding and Implementation

Key Responsibilities:
● Assisting in the technical onboarding process by configuring and implementing messaging, AI,
and Voice AI solutions for customers.
● Participating in live product demonstrations, proof of concept activities, and integration
prototyping.
● Collaborating closely with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and
successful implementation of solutions.
● Helping troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during onboarding and implementation
phases.
● Learning to align product configurations with customer technical and business requirements.
● Supporting the team in delivering value through hands-on integration work in customer and
partner environments.
● Keeping up with product features, industry trends, and AI advancements to strengthen
implementation skills.

ROLE – 3: Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents.
● Assist in building automation scripts and tools for deployment, monitoring, and
maintenance.
● Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and
performance.
● Participate in on-call rotations (with guidance) and learn incident response practices.
● Create and maintain knowledge base articles, runbooks, and operational documentation
for repeatable tasks and incident handling.
● Analyze data, perform root cause analysis and identify areas of improvement.
● Gain exposure to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and SaaS application
architecture.

Who We’re Looking For:

Recently graduated or pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
● Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
● Strong problem-solving skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and eagerness to learn.
● Passionate about making things
● Good communication and teamwork skills.
● Interest in automation, monitoring, and system reliability.
● Willingness to work in shifts including US hours on a rotational basis.
