Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: BE/BTech(CS/IT),MCA,MCS.
- Pass out Year: 2023/2024/2025.
- Percentage Criteria: 60% Throughout.
- Any Bond: 3.3 Years.
- Certificate(If Any): Software Testing(Manual).
Package Details:
- Initial Stipend For First 3 Months of Training Period: Rs. 5,000/- Per Month.
- Approx. Package After 3 Months of Training Period: Rs. 2,70,000/- Per Annum.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test cases and test scenarios
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
- Identify, log, and track defects
- Validate bug fixes and ensure quality standards
- Assist in automation testing by executing or writing basic scripts
- Communicate test results and issues clearly with the team
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of software testing concepts (SDLC/STLC)
- Experience in manual functional testing
- Basic knowledge of automation testing and scripting
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
