Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: BE/BTech(CS/IT),MCA/MCS.
- Pass out Year: 2023/2024/2025.
- Percentage Criteria: NA.
- Any Bond: 2 Years.
- Certificate(If Any): Automation Testing.
Approx. Package: Between Rs.2,40,000/- to Rs.3,00,000/- Per Annum(Based on Interview).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand software requirements and participate in test planning activities
- Design and execute manual test cases based on functional requirements
- Perform Functional, Smoke, Sanity, and Regression testing
- Identify, report, and track defects using defect tracking tools
- Gain hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for test automation
- Write and execute basic automation scripts using Java or Python
- Use TestNG or PyTest for test execution and result validation
- Perform basic API testing using Postman and validate responses
- Write simple SQL queries to verify backend data
- Collaborate with team members in Agile/Scrum environments
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of software testing fundamentals and methodologies
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
- Ability to design and execute manual test cases
- Knowledge of Functional, Smoke, Sanity, and Regression testing
- Understanding of defect life cycle, severity, and priority
- Basic programming skills in Java or Python
- Understanding of OOP concepts and core programming logic
- Basic knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and locators
- Familiarity with TestNG or PyTest frameworks
- Basic knowledge of API testing or SQL for backend validation
