RhythmFlows is a Software Products Company focused on Banking and Fintech Solutions. Key Products:

  1. Reconciliations+ Workflow: A configurable, scalable solution for data processing and reconciling. The evolving Recon use case needs a dedicated solution for Reconciliations (compliance + exceptions management), Chargeback, Payout calculations and GEFU generation. – Our tool helps 3 banks / Fintech to process more than 10 Million transactions daily.
  2. Digital Bills collection Portal: This starts with the NACH Mandate Mgmt. + Transaction processing and is followed by consumer bills payment over NPCI’s BBPS network. WIth detailed reporting on Collections and business relevant dashboard, the solution is viewed as a great Revenue Generator for Sponsor Banks.
    3.Payment Engine: We are building a Highly scalable Payment Systems backend for Banks and Fintech. We now have a ready BBPS solution (COU + BPU Ops) and NACH Mandate management and Debit / Credit transaction processing for Banks and Corporates. The other modules for IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, etc. are being developed through pilot implementations.
    4.Financial Accounting + Payables and Receivables tracking: With our ERP experience, we have built this unique proposition that offers a configurable Accounting Solution (AP, AR and GL), MDM for partner commission structure management coupled with Invoicing & Payouts calculation. This unique ERP that can work with any existing systems to drive your business processes while automating the audit trail generation.
    5.Budgeting + Provisioning: A Configurable solution for Large Enterprise, key features include Budget preparation with version control, Actuals based provisioning, Re-forecasting and business relevant dashboards.

Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Qualification: BE/B.Tech(CS/IT)/MCA/MCS.
  • Pass out Year: 2023/2024/2025.
  • Percentage Criteria: No.
  • Any Bond: No.
  • Certificate(If Any): Full Stack Python(Django).

Package Details:

  • Stipend During 3 to 6 Months of Internship Period: Rs. 14,000/- Per Month.
  • Approx. PPO after Internship: Between Rs. 3,50,000/- to Rs. 5,50,000/- Per Annum (Based on internship performance).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Web Application Development – Build and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
  2. API Development – Design and implement RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework.
  3. Database Management – Create and manage database models, queries, and migrations.
  4. Security Implementation – Apply authentication, authorization, and Django security best practices.
  5. Testing and Debugging – Write unit and integration tests; debug and resolve issues.
  6. Collaboration and Documentation – Work with team members and document code, APIs, and workflows.
  7. Performance Optimization – Ensure application performance, scalability, and efficient code.

Skills Required:

  1. Python programming – Strong knowledge of Python and its standard libraries for backend development.
  2. Django & Django REST Framework – Proficient in building web applications and APIs.
  3. Database management – Experience with SQL databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, including queries and migrations.
  4. Frontend basics – Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for integrating templates.
  5. Version control – Skilled in Git for code management and collaboration.
  6. Testing and debugging – Ability to write unit/integration tests and troubleshoot application issues.
