Approx. Salary: Rs.18,323/- Per Month.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer data such as leads, contacts, and accounts with high accuracy and consistency.
- Perform data standardization and enrichment to ensure completeness and usability of business information.
- Conduct periodic data quality checks and correct discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel to support business and operational decisions.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality standards.
- Communicate insights, issues, and improvement opportunities effectively with stakeholders and internal teams.
- Provide technical and functional support while proactively taking ownership beyond assigned responsibilities.
Skills Required:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrate strong communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
- Have advanced knowledge of MS Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
- Be proficient in MS Office applications and internet-based tools.
- Show intermediate understanding of computers and basic electronics concepts.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Work collaboratively in teams while meeting deadlines and maintaining high service standards.
