Roles & Responsibilities for Trainee Customer Support:
- End-to-end management of customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery as per customer requirements.
- Preparation and processing of Sales Order Confirmation (SOC) in SAP ERP.
- Maintenance and updating of customer master data, including shipment-related requirements in SAP.
- Sharing order acknowledgements and order confirmations with customers within defined timelines.
- Ensuring hygiene and accuracy of sales orders in SAP, including timely updates and corrections.
- Sharing complete shipment documents with customers as per stipulated timelines.
- Tracking sailed shipments and proactively updating customers on shipment status.
- Providing regular updates to customers on order and shipment status.
- Preparing and sharing periodic Order Status Reports with customers and obtaining demand forecasts.
- Monitoring actual order positions against SNOP (Sales & Operations Planning).
- Coordinating with BC Support, Commercial, and BC teams for customer order-related queries.
- Collaborating with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
Skills Trainee Customer Support:
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, particularly Sales Order Processing and Customer Master Data management.
- Customer Order Management and Order Fulfillment expertise.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage shipment documentation and logistics-related activities.
- Experience in tracking shipments and ensuring timely customer updates.
- Analytical skills to monitor order status, SNOP alignment, and forecast accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain sales order hygiene and data accuracy.
- Time management and prioritization skills to meet strict delivery timelines.
- Problem-solving skills for resolving customer and internal stakeholder queries.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and sharing insights with customers and internal teams.
