- Qualification: BE/B.Tech(CS/IT),BCA,BCS,MCS,MCA.
- Pass out Year: 2023/2024/2025.
- Percentage Criteria: NA.
- Any Bond: 3 Year.
- Certificate(If Any): SAP Global/Local Certification.
Package Details:
- Stipend During Training Period For 6 Months: Rs.15,000/- Per Month.
- Approx. Package After Training Period: Between Rs. 2,16,000/- to Rs. 3,00,000/- Per Annum(Based on performance during training).

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in SAP Greenfield implementation projects for international clients.
- Participate in SAP functional and technical tasks across modules like FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, ABAP, and BASIS.
- Support configuration, development, testing, and documentation under guidance from senior consultants.
- Handle offshore user support (L1, L2, L3), EDI management, and infrastructure-related queries.
- Collaborate with global and multicultural teams, communicating effectively in virtual and in-person environments.
- Complete in-house SAP training programs and apply learning to live projects.
- Maintain timely reporting and documentation for project tracking and client communication.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to team success.
- Participate in presentations or client calls when required to showcase understanding of SAP modules.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting & Controlling).
- Understanding of SAP MM (Materials Management) processes.
- Familiarity with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) workflows.
- Basic understanding of SAP PP (Production Planning).
- Exposure to SAP HCM (Human Capital Management).
- Ability to work with SAP BI/BW (Business Intelligence / Business Warehouse).
- Understanding of SAP ABAP programming for technical tasks.
- Knowledge of SAP BASIS (system administration & support).
- Awareness of SAP S/4HANA platform and its functionality.
- Foundational understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- SAP-certified or completed SAP training is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
- Proficiency in online collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to assist in configuration, customization, and testing of SAP modules.
- Documentation and reporting skills for project tracking.
- Basic knowledge of Java, .NET, and MS SharePoint 2016 is a plus.
- Exposure to international clients and multicultural work environment.
- Understanding of EDI (INUBIT) processes and management.
- Ability to provide technical and functional support at L1, L2, and L3 levels.
