Roles and Reponsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain AI agent architectures using LangChain and LangGraph.
2. Implement FastAPI-based backend services for LLM and agent interactions.
3. Work with vector databases (Chroma, Pinecone, FAISS) for document retrieval and memory management.
4. Design and fine-tune prompt templates for multi-agent workflows and reasoning tasks.
5. Integrate external APIs and tools (Google APIs, email, calendars) into agent pipelines.
6. Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for domain-specific intelligence.
7. Write clean, modular Python code following modern MLOps practices.
8. Collaborate on testing, optimization, and performance monitoring of AI systems.
9. Deploy, scale, and monitor autonomous or multi-agent AI workflows.
10. Stay updated on AI/LLM developments and suggest workflow improvements.

Skills Required:

1. Strong foundation in Python programming.
2. Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, including transformers, embeddings, and LLMs.
3. Familiarity with FastAPI or any Python web framework.
4. Working knowledge or interest in LangChain, LangGraph, or LLM-based agent systems.
5. Understanding of prompt engineering techniques.
6. Experience with Git and version control workflows.
7. Experience with API integrations and Python virtual environments.
8. Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
9. Optional: Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Ollama LLM APIs.
10. Optional: Familiarity with vector databases like Chroma, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
11. Optional: Knowledge of PostgreSQL or MongoDB for database management.
12. Optional: Exposure to RAG pipelines, FastAPI-RAG projects, or autonomous/multi-agent systems.

Package Details:

• Stipend During 3 to 6 Months of Training Period: Rs.10,000/- Per Month + Rs.5,000/- Variable (Based on your Performance).
• Approx Package For 2-Year Commitment: Rs.2,64,000/- Per Annum for the First Year and Rs.3,48,000/- Per Annum For the Second Year.
• Approx Pakage For 3-Year Commitment: Rs.2,40,000/- Per Annum to Rs.5,40,000/- Per Annum with Increments Every 6 Months.
