Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pass out Year: 2023/2024/2025.
  • Percentage Criteria: NA.
  • Any Bond: NA.
  • Certificate(If Any): Data Analyst.

Package Details:

Approx. Package: Between Rs.2,00,000/- to Rs.4,00,000/- Per Annum (Based on performance).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Collect data from different sources like databases, surveys, or spreadsheets.
  2. Clean and organize data to make sure it’s accurate and ready for use.
  3. Analyze data to find trends, patterns, and useful insights.
  4. Create reports and dashboards to present data clearly.
  5. Explain findings and give recommendations to help in decision-making.
  6. Work with other teams to understand data needs and support projects.
  7. Follow data privacy rules and keep data safe and well-documented.

Skills:

  1. A Data Analyst should be skilled in using Excel to organize and analyze data efficiently.
  2. They need to know SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases.
  3. Knowledge of Python or R helps them perform advanced data analysis and automation.
  4. They must be able to create clear data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  5. Strong understanding of statistics is essential to interpret data correctly.
  6. Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills help identify trends and insights.
  7. Effective communication skills are necessary to explain findings to team members and stakeholders.
