Customer Support Associate

Position: Customer Success Associate
Experience: 0-1 Year 
Job Location: Pune
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Pass out Year: 2021/2022/2023/2024 Pass Outs
  • Percentage Criteria:  NA
Approx. Package For Fresher Candidates: Rs.3,00,000/- Per Annum.
Approx. Package For Experience Candidates: Rs.4,20,000/- Per Annum.
Roles &  Responsibilities:
1. Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition from sales to product adoption.
2. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and ensure satisfaction.
3. Proactively monitor customer health, usage, and engagement to reduce churn.
4. Resolve customer issues by coordinating with support, product, and technical teams.
5. Educate customers on new features, updates, and best practices for product success.
6. Collect and relay feedback to internal teams to improve the customer experience.
Skills Required
1. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
2. Empathy and customer-centric mindset to understand and address client needs.
3. Problem-solving and critical thinking to handle diverse customer scenarios.
4. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk.
5. Time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
6. Team collaboration and feedback sharing with cross-functional teams.
