Designation: Trainee – Associate Data Engineer.

Job Location: Pune.

Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Pass out Year: 2023/2024/2025.
  • Percentage Criteria: NA.
  • Any Bond: NA.
  • Certificate(If Any): Data Analyst.

Package Details:

  • Stipend During 6 Months of Internship Period: Between Rs.10,000/- to Rs.20,000/- Per Month(Based on Interview).
  • Approx. Package After PPO: Between Rs.5,00,000/- to Rs.8,00,000/- Per Annum(Based on Internship Performance).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Support MSBI projects involving reporting, data analytics, visualization, and data engineering activities.
  2. Work with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle for data storage and retrieval.
  3. Write, optimize, and execute SQL/T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
  4. Assist in the development and maintenance of ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration workflows.
  5. Support creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SSRS, Tableau, Excel, and Power Query.
  6. Perform data analysis to generate business insights and support proof-of-concept (POC) development activities.
  7. Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and analysts to gather requirements and support solution implementation.
  8. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and end-user documentation for developed solutions.
  9. Follow SDLC processes including development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
  10. Support troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing data processes and reporting solutions.
  11. Apply basic data warehousing and data modeling concepts while working on reporting and analytics solutions.
  12. Work with Python, SQL, and Excel for data analysis, data cleaning, and reporting support activities.
  13. Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  14. Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business processes related to MSBI and data analytics.

Skills Required:

  1. SQL / T-SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures, views)
  2. Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases
  3. ETL / ELT processes and data integration
  4. SSIS (basic exposure to data pipelines)
  5. Power BI / Tableau / SSRS / Excel / Power Query (reporting & dashboards)
  6. Python for basic data analysis
