Role 1: Jr. Software Developer.
Role 2: Jr. Software Tester.
Job Location: Pune.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech(CS/IT)/MCS/MCA.
- Pass out Year: 2024/2025/2026.
- Percentage Criteria: Above 70%
- Any Bond: 2 Years.
Approx. Package: Rs. 2,00,000/- Per Annum (Based on the interview).
Role 1: Jr. Software Developer
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Work on frontend, backend, database, and API integration tasks.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following development best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure application performance and quality.
- Learn and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks as per project requirements.
- Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to deliver project requirements on time.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous learning activities.
- Contribute innovative ideas and problem-solving approaches to project execution.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of Responsive Web Design principles.
- Understanding of MySQL and relational database concepts.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and AJAX.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub version control.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Knowledge of CRUD operations and SDLC fundamentals.
- Strong programming logic, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Java, PHP, TypeScript, Node.js, or C#/.NET (any one preferred).
- Basic understanding of WordPress or Shopify is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
Role 2: Jr. Software Tester
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of web applications and software products.
- Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios based on project requirements.
- Identify, document, track, and report software defects accurately.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Validate APIs using Postman and perform basic API testing.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve software issues.
- Maintain testing documentation and ensure software quality standards are followed.
- Learn automation testing concepts and support adoption of modern testing tools and technologies.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of Manual Testing fundamentals.
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in test case writing and test scenario preparation.
- Understanding of bug reporting and defect lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and performance testing.
- Familiarity with API testing and Postman.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database testing.
- Knowledge of automation testing concepts; Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Understanding of software quality assurance standards and testing documentation.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn new tools and adapt to evolving testing requirements.
