Job Location: Pune.

Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Qualification: BE/B. Tech(CS/IT/ECE/EnTC/EE/Mechanical) ,BCA,BSC, MCA.
  • Percentage Criteria:  NA.
  • Any Bond:  2.5 Years.

Package Details:

  • Approx. Stipend  During 6 Months Of Training Period: Rs.15,000 /- Per Month.
  • Approx. Package After Training Period: Rs.3,60,000/- Per Annum.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, customize, deploy, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  2. Install, configure, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM organizations.
  3. Customize and create CRM entities, forms, views, and fields based on business requirements.
  4. Understand business processes and implement workflows and business rules in Dynamics 365.
  5. Develop and customize CRM plug-ins using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 SDK.
  6. Design and develop solutions using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET technologies.
  7. Build and consume Web Services, REST APIs, and SOAP services for system integration.
  8. Perform data modelling and business entity mapping to support application requirements.
  9. Develop client-side components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  10. Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with external applications and third-party systems.
  11. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in CRM applications.
  12. Conduct unit testing and support system testing to ensure application quality.
  13. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
  14. Collaborate with functional consultants and team members to gather, analyze, and implement business requirements.
  15. Follow coding standards, best practices, and participate in code reviews.
  16. Support application deployment, configuration, and post-deployment activities.
  17. Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies and continuously enhance technical skills.
  18. Work effectively in an Agile development environment and contribute to timely project delivery.

Skills Required:

  1. Strong knowledge of C, C++, and C# programming languages.
  2. Good understanding of .NET Framework and ASP.NET.
  3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  4. Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  5. Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
  6. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  7. Familiarity with SQL and SQL Server.
  8. Understanding of Web Services, REST APIs, and SOAP.
  9. Knowledge of CRM SDK and Plug-in development (preferred).
  10. Understanding of workflows, business processes, and CRM customization.
  11. Basic knowledge of data modelling and business entity mapping.
  12. Familiarity with Visual Studio and Git.
  13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  14. Good debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
  15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  16. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  17. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
  18. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology is an added advantage.
