Role: Project Implementation Executive (Software Testing).

Job Location: Pune.

Eligibility Criteria:  

• Qualification: BE/B.Tech(CS/IT).
• Pass out Year: 2024/2025/2026.
• Percentage Criteria: No.
• Any Bond: No.
• Certificate(If Any): NA.

Package Details: 

• Stipend For 6 Months of Internship Period: Between Rs. 10,000/-  to Rs. 15000/- Per Month (Based on Interview).
• Approx. PPO After 6 Months of Internship Period: Based on Internship Performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Understand the complete Education ERP application, including all modules and business workflows.
2. Implement assigned ERP projects and modules at client locations.
3. Conduct user training sessions and provide functional guidance on ERP modules.
4. Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, ensuring timely issue resolution.
5. Take ownership of customer-reported issues and drive them to successful closure.
6. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and system-related issues.
7. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams while ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Assist customers via phone, email, and chat by providing step-by-step technical solutions.
9. Perform manual and automated software testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
10. Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
11. Validate software functionality, performance, and quality before deployment.
12. Collaborate with development, QA, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
13. Maintain accurate records of customer issues, testing results, and support activities.
14. Prioritize and manage multiple customer requests while meeting defined service levels.
15. Prepare timely reports on support activities, testing outcomes, and project progress.
16. Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing feedback on product quality and usability.
17. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, testing methodologies, and support best practices.
18. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.

Skills Required:

1. Strong understanding of Education ERP systems and different functional modules.
2. Knowledge of software testing processes, including manual testing and automated testing.
3. Ability to create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documents.
4. Experience in identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs, defects, and software issues.
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve technical problems.
6. Understanding of software quality assurance processes and testing methodologies.
7. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software implementation processes.
8. Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for data validation and issue analysis.
9. Ability to provide ERP implementation support at client locations.
10. Ability to conduct user training and provide functional guidance on ERP modules.
11. Strong customer handling and client support skills
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
13. Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, QA engineers, and internal teams.
14. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
